TICKETING FAQ

WHAT IS THE AGE RESTRICTION?

  

Entry to the event will be 18+ with government-issued valid photo ID. Persons under the age of 18 years old will not be permitted. Infants and small children will also not be permitted.

 

HOW DOES ENTRY WORK?

  

This is a ticketed event. We encourage pre-purchasing, but walk-up sales at the Box Office will be available. Tickets will remain on sale through the Ticketing Site through the event as well. Once you purchase your ticket online, it will arrive via email. You can simply show your ticket on your phone at the gate for entry.

WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?

  

Onsite parking will be available for $40. A pre-ordered parking option is coming soon!

 

DIRECTIONS BY METRO

The Banc of California Stadium is easily accessible using the Metro Expo Line at the Expo Park/USC Station.

From the Expo Park/USC station, walk along Kinsey Drive or Victory Walk to South Coliseum Drive towards Banc of California Stadium.

The Metro Expo Line can be easily accessed with connections at the 7th Street/Metro Center in downtown Los Angeles to the Metro Red/Purple lines, and at the Pico Station to the Metro Blue line. Fans using the Metro Gold Line can make an easy transfer at Union station to the Metro Red/Purple lines for a connection to the Expo Line.

It is recommended to purchase a round-trip fare at the beginning of trips to avoid lines when the Festival is over. Each person must have a valid TAP card and remember to tap before each boarding.

DIRECTIONS BY CAR

From the North, take Exposition Boulevard or Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard southbound off-ramps from I-110 freeway.

From the South: Take Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard or 37th Street northbound off-ramps from I-110 freeway. Lot 6 parking entrance is located on Hoover Avenue off Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

WILL THERE BE MERCHANDISE FOR SALE AT THIS EVENT?

  

There will be many opportunities to buy merchandise, though it will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Look out for presale opportunities!

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

  

Service animals and service animals in training are permitted at Banc of California Stadium. All other animals are prohibited.

FIELD ACCESS

  

Access to field will be on a first come first service basis to ensure the safety of all guests in attendance.

WILL THERE BE FIRST-AID ON SITE?

  

Yes, for fan safety and convenience, there is a First Aid Station where medical treatment is available. The First Aid Station is located on the Main Level Concourse behind Section 129.

WILL THERE BE ATMS ON SITE?

  

There are 3 ATM locations at Banc of California Stadium

  • The Banc of California Experience Center in the Northwest Plaza

  • Main Level Concourse behind Section 101

  • Main Level Concourse behind Section 118

DO YOU HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?

  

All fans looking to claim, or report lost items during an event should visit the Guest Experience Center located on the Main Level Concourse behind Section 129.

IS THE ADULT SWIM FESTIVAL ACCESSIBLE TO DIFFERENTLY ABLED GUESTS?

  

Banc of California Stadium is committed to providing an enjoyable experience for all guests in attendance at each event, including guests with disabilities. The venue has been designed and built to meet or exceed the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Banc of California Stadium staff will assist you with any specific accommodations you have before, during, and after an event. Services include: Wheelchair escorts and storage, Assisted Listening Devices, Captioning Services and Devices, and Interpretation Services (requires at least 2-week lead time). Please reach out to tickets@bancofcaliforniastadium.com with any inquiries.

CAN ATTENDEES WEAR COSPLAY OR COSTUMES?

  

Yes, though attendees must be prepared to have their costume props inspected and approved. 

The minimal dress standards are full-coverage bikini top and full-cheek coverage swimsuit bottoms. In all cases, local and state decency laws will be applied.

Footwear must be worn at all times; stocking feet without shoes are not sufficient.

No functional props or weapons are allowed. All realistic simulated weapons are prohibited. 

 

Simulated or costume fantasy props are allowed as a part of your costume, subject to prior approval by security and compliance with the following:

 

  • All costume props must conform to state and federal law. 

  • Edged weapons (swords, knives, throwing stars, etc.) are prohibited.

  • Impact weapons (clubs, aluminum and metal bats, hammers, martial arts weapons) are prohibited.

  • Firearms are prohibited.

  • Airsoft guns are prohibited.

  • Archery weapons (crossbows, bolts, bows and arrows of all types) are prohibited.

  • Steel handles are prohibited. 

  • Projectile costume props must be rendered inoperable.

  • Nerf guns are allowed, but ammunition of any kind (foam or otherwise) is prohibited.

  • Fantasy props (which do not resemble real weapons) will be allowed. This includes light sabers, plasma phasers, etc.

  • Items such as bullwhips, ropes and lassos are allowed, but must remain rolled and secured at all times.

  • Incendiary or flammable weapons are prohibited, including any items that are capable of igniting sparks or flames, burning, exploding or combusting.

  • Do not display your props in a threatening or menacing manner. For instance, it's OK to pose for a picture, but cosplayers should not brandish props while walking around the festival.

 

Props may not be brandished, even for photos. Anyone caught doing so will immediately be removed from the venue.

ALLOWED / NOT ALLOWED:

  

All guests entering the facility during an event are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and a bag inspection conducted by Banc of California Stadium Safety personnel. 

We aim to provide an enjoyable, yet exciting environment for ALL fans attending games.  In order to achieve that, there are some items that are not permitted into the Stadium for safety reasons.  These items include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

  • Alcohol and illegal drugs

  • All bags, including clear bags, backpacks, and purses, that are larger than 12” x 6” x 12”

  • Animals (except service dogs to aid guests with disabilities)

  • Any type of marketing collateral such as pamphlets, product samples, etc.

  • Balloons

  • Beach balls, Frisbees, markers, brooms, skateboards, roller blades, skates, etc.

  • Clothing containing wires, batteries, or other electronic components

  • Coolers, outside food, outside beverages (except for a single factory sealed plastic water bottle no more than 20oz), bottles, cans, flasks, alcohol, etc. (F&B needed for infants or medical reason will be permitted with prior approval)

  • Drums & Drumsticks 

  • E-cigarettes and Vaporizers

  • Explosives, pepper spray, tear gas, etc.

  • Folding chairs

  • Items containing adhesive ie. Stickers, Decals, etc.

  • Laptops

  • Loud noise-making devices such as air horns, whistles, plastic horns, megaphones, vuvuzelas etc.

  • Objects that can be thrown or viewed as projectiles

  • Professional camera equipment, tripods, Go Pros, etc. 

  • Register Tape, Streamers, and Confetti

  • Selfie Sticks

  • Umbrellas

  • Unmanned and Remote-Controlled Aircraft Systems

  • Water guns, toy/replica weapons, squirt bottles, flag/banner poles, etc.

  • Weapons of any kind, fireworks, slingshots, smoke/stink bombs, laser pointers, etc.

  • 2-way radio devices

  • At the discretion of Banc of California Stadium Management, any other item determined to be prohibited.

 

Any attempt to bring alcohol into the Stadium will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in an ejection or refusal of entry, arrested, or tickets being revoked. All persons and/or their belongings are subject to search. Violators of the rules of any State or City laws will be refused admission, asked to leave, or ejected from Stadium property. Banc of California Stadium cannot safeguard items which are not permitted to be brought into the stadium.

 

Please keep in mind that permitted or prohibited items may vary depending on the event. Banc of California Stadium management will communicate any deviations from the standard house policy as necessary.

 

Should you encounter guests with prohibited items, contact your Supervisor, Manager, or the Safety Department for assistance.

ALLOWED:

  • Bags in compliance with the clear bag policy

  • Empty and clear plastic reusable water containers with attached lids

  • Sunscreen

  • Standard cameras without detachable lenses

  • Chapstick or lip balm

  • Medications with a name on the bottle matching photo ID, excluding medical marijuana

CLEAR BAG POLICY

  

Banc of California Stadium has a Clear Bag Policy in order to provide a safer environment for fans and will consequently also expedite entry into the Stadium. The policy affects the type and size of the bags permitted into the Stadium, not the items (keys, makeup, combs, phones, wallets, etc). Guests will also be allowed to openly carry a blanket or jacket into the Stadium, although they will be subject to being searched. It is strongly encouraged the fans bring bags that meet the following style and size limits that are permissible at Banc of California Stadium:

 

  • One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”, or:

  • A one-gallon clear plastic storage bag (Ziploc bag or similar)

 

In addition to one of the clear bags noted above, guests may also carry in a small clutch bag or purse approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap.
